As an innovative manufacturer of technically high-quality elements, the core competence of design composite lies mainly in the bonding of different high-tech materials to new sandwich elements. The standard range includes high-strength light-weight panels with various cores and facing sheets as well as translucent architectural thermoplastic panels. The entire product range is characterized by a high degree of flexibility and individualization options.

Lightweight construction

Different cores made of foam, polypropylene or aluminium honeycomb in various shapes, thicknesses and colours can be combined with a wide range of facing sheets made of thermoplastic, aluminium, steel, wood or many other materials.

Architecture-ECO Range

Transparent thermoplastic panels with a unique honeycomb core and special structure. Translucency and extraordinary technical properties make the laminated panels very attractive for a wide range of applications.

The high-quality and individually combinable composite panels are suitable for a wide range of applications. Highest quality, low weight, excellent stiffness and sophisticated design characterise the panels.

The innovation lead from design composite lies in the unique and flexible manufacturing process, which makes it possible to offer extremely light panels.

Translucent

Panels made of translucent honeycomb cores with UV-stable polycarbonate or acrylic facing sheets are primarily used as decorative elements in interior and exterior areas.

Stable

Highly durable elements with high stiffness using foam, polypropylene or aluminium honeycomb cores and glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) or aluminium facings for a wide range of applications.

Sustainbale

The design elements of the ECO range are made from recycled or bio-based raw materials and impress with their light diffusion effects.

Individual

The entire range is characterized by a high degree of flexibility. Light-weight elements up to a size of 15 x 2.9 meters can be developed and produced for individual requirements.

Versatile

Numerous possibilities in the individual design of the architectural panels regarding colour, surface, core, shape and special effects. Printed panels are also possible as well as shaping or special edge banding.
