Translucent clear-PEP® ECO panels

Unique design and an infinite number of possible applications characterize the design composite thermoplastic panels. Thanks to their high-strength thermoplastic polycarbonate TRIcore honeycomb cores from our own production the panels not only open up a wide range of design possibilities with regard to light effects, shapes and colours, but they are also particularly robust and stiff. The clear-PEP® ECO architectural panels are therefore not only suitable as optically appealing elements for a wide range of applications in architecture but their technical properties are also highly valued.

Illuminated or backlit, attractive light effects are created by the transparent honeycomb structure in the core of the panels. From the visually pleasing partition wall in the office to facade solutions, staircases or as a floor construction to sophisticated shop designs, everything is possible. The panels can be shaped two-dimensionally, resulting in attractive design variations and unique light effects. The curvature of the translucent panels provides unique visual effects.

System solutions, including mounting frames and mounting aids are especially valuable for interior design.

Translucent

Panels made of translucent honeycomb cores with UV-stable polycarbonate or acrylic facing sheets are primarily used as decorative elements in interior and exterior areas.

Versatile

Numerous possibilities in the individual design of the architectural panels regarding colour, surface, core, shape and special effects. Printed panels are also possible as well as shaping or special edge banding.

Unique

The panel’s special effects are mainly from light scattering and light absorption, backlighting, integration of lights and other decorative materials.

Sustainable

The design elements are made from recycled or bio-based raw materials.

The panels with TRIcore honeycomb cores and polycarbonate layers are characterized by translucent optics and their interesting 3D light scattering effects. An innovative cell structure gives the lightweight construction panel a unique depth effect as well as an extremely high stiffness. The fire resistant and UV stable panels can be combined freely in colour, core design, form (2D) and thickness together with many additional features.

DC ECO Bio Based

PC ECO is a top layer with a biocircular material content and a low CO2 footprint. This means that the part of the material that is normally made from fossil components is replaced by renewable raw materials. The attributed sustainable share is up to 83% of the total content.

DC ECO Bio Based

The unique thing about Greencast is that it is made entirely from recycled acrylic glass (R-MMA) and has the same properties as standard acrylic glass made from synthetic monomer.

clear-PEP® ECO satin

The panels with TRIcore honeycomb cores and 100% recycled acrylic glass facing sheets have a particularly interesting appearance with optimized light scattering due to their satin surface. The panels remain translucent but are less transparent. In addition the acrylic surface is particularly scratch-resistant and robust.

clear-PEP® ECO PC stage

The innovative characteristics of the cell structure from our own core production give the lightweight constructive panel not only a unique depth effect, but also an extremely high stiffness, which is particularly important for use as a floor panel for stages, platforms or similar application areas.

The two-sided 2 mm grained UV-resistant PC top facing sheets give the panel its translucent appearance with slip-resistant surface.

Particularly suitable as a backlit floor panel (also for stages, platforms, exhibition floors) or as a walkable cover.

We design ECO

The architectural panels from design composite can be combined as desired and can be individually arranged according to individual requirements. Honeycomb structure, colours, shapes (2D), thicknesses and additional design features such as digital printing or the integration of elements, e.g. glass crystals can be implemented individually as desired.

In this way the design elements can be tailor-made for your very special requirements - from a single piece to the start of serial production.
