Production extension at Gastro Star AG
For the production of food a germ-free environment is particularly important. The exclusion of germs in both manufacturing and packaging eliminates many factors that reduce quality or premature spoilage of food.
In such a sensitive production environment only selected materials can be used. Recently a pioneering project was completed with the gastronomic needs expert Gastro Star.
They were enthusiastic about the technical characteristics of the panel and the customization of the product. In addition to resistance to alkalis and acids the high rigidity and extreme impact resistance were convincing advantages. Not only just cleaning the panels bring advantages over the commonly used sheet metal elements but the thermal expansion is also significantly lower. The panels from design composite can be used in a very large format and their high degree of prefabrication enables lightning-fast assembly and low production downtimes.
